Recently, the training at all these levels has been modularized such that a trainee can have 'free entry and free exit’ which has made the training more flexible; they are assessed and
certified after every module. The choice to continue or to exit after a module
depends on interest, affordability and employability. It
implies that school drop outs should become something of the past; all clients
attempting our modularized training should become EMPLOYABLE and certified school leavers.
